J&M Removal uses the details you share to understand your request, prepare an estimate and coordinate with you.
What you choose to share
The estimate form asks for your name, contact phone, neighborhood or ZIP code, service, item/access details and preferred date. Email, photos and video/file links are optional. An approximate location is enough for the first inquiry; please do not include your full address until it is needed for an agreed job.
How the request is handled
The existing form is provided by Tally. J&M may store the request and its files in restricted Google records and use business Gmail to communicate about it. The information supports estimating, job coordination, related records and handling questions or issues. Submitting a request is not a confirmed booking or permission for unrelated marketing messages.
Photos and sensitive information
Upload only what is useful for assessing the job. Avoid faces, identification documents, payment details, private paperwork and unrelated personal information. Do not make sensitive files public just to share them. Each form upload must be 10 MB or smaller; contact us if you need another way to provide relevant photos or video.
Photos or videos supplied for an estimate are not permission to publish them. Marketing use needs separate permission. We do not use private customer images as a public job gallery without that permission.
Website and source information
Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical request information to deliver and protect it. The site does not use advertising pixels or require a customer account. The estimate form runs on Tally, which processes its own service requests.
When you follow a campaign link, non-sensitive source labels named utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign may be passed to the form to help identify where the inquiry came from. Do not put personal details in these labels or in website URLs. Website visits are not counted as completed jobs or bookings.
Questions, corrections or other requests
Email [email protected] about access, correction, export or deletion of information you supplied. Include enough detail to identify the request, without sending sensitive documents unnecessarily. You can also ask us to stop contacting you about an inquiry. We review requests in light of the records and any applicable obligations.
