Transporting your belongings is not part of our current service. You arrange and operate the vehicle and transportation. Your belongings remain yours while we handle them; loading does not transfer ownership to J&M.
A request does not guarantee that an item, stairway or loading route is suitable. We confirm the job-specific crew, equipment, fit and handling plan before accepting the work.
A few details
make a difference.
Send an item list with quantities, approximate sizes and photos. Let us know whether you need loading, unloading or both, along with the neighborhood and preferred date.
Describe the vehicle, parking and carry distance. Include floor level, flights of stairs, landing sizes, elevator access and tight doorways. For fragile or unusually heavy items, share dimensions and handling needs before making plans.
If anything is unknown, say so. We can ask for the details needed to decide whether the request fits our current service.
